Appointment of 163 Constables and 40 ASI, UBSI, SI, Hav. set aside and quashed by Gauhati High Court

163 nos. of police constables appointed by the Nagaland Government between January 2018 to September 2020 without any advertisement set aside and quashed by Gauhati High Court with exception to Respondent No. 74 appointed on compassionate grounds. Appointment of another 40 nos. of ASI, UBSI, SI (Home Guard) and Havildar Instructor set aside and quashed on similar ground in a connected case. Judgment pronounced in open Court on 26-09-2024.
